[00:00:00] Speaker A: The breakthrough edge. I'm Dr. Raquel. And now Media Television. Welcome to be the Breakthrough Edge. I'm Dr. Raquel Yarrow and today we're talking about something so many people quietly carry beneath the surface.
Fear, emotional pain, disconnection, and the moments in life that completely change us.
Because sometimes people don't begin reconnecting with themselves until life forces you to stop and listen.
Joining me today is Tracy Malinowicz, owner of I Light Coaching Tracy Work. Tracy's work focuses on emotional healing, intuition, self awareness, and helping people reconnect with themselves emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
But what makes her story especially powerful is that this work didn't come from theory alone.
It came from her own healing journey.
After facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis and walking through deeply emotional life experiences, Tracy began discovering how emotional healing, intuition and inner work could completely transform the way someone experiences life and healing.
Today we're going to talk about trauma, fear, emotional breakthroughs, intuition, resilience, and what becomes possible when people stop abandoning themselves emotionally.
Tracy, welcome to be the Breakthrough Edge.
[00:01:31] Speaker B: Thank you, Dr. Raquel, and it's such a pleasure to be here. I can't tell you what an honor it is because I know the work that you do. I've experienced myself. So thank you again.
Where should we start?
[00:01:44] Speaker A: Yes, well, I'm so incredibly thankful you're here.
I've been working with you too, and we've been in some different beautiful containers together. And I am just so excited to share your story because you have such a powerful story that everybody needs to hear about and they need to learn and just hear how they can also transform their lives. This isn't just a one time thing. So, Tracy, can you take us back to the moment you received your pancreatic cancer diagnosis?
[00:02:12] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, Dr. Raquel, I'll actually take you back a little before that because like, you know, when things start going sideways, the mind starts guessing long before somebody actually says the word. Right.
[00:02:23] Speaker A: Right.
[00:02:24] Speaker B: So I was traveling in the States. Yeah, I was traveling in the States and I was at the airport and I couldn't. All of a sudden I had no energy. I couldn't even walk from one gate to the other to catch my next flight. And I remember thinking, there is something seriously wrong with me. But I was in the middle of the States. I, I live in Canada.
And I thought, okay, when I get back home, I'm going to have to find out what this is. And sure, I'd been a little tired, I had a little bit of back pain for months, but that Happens, right.
Five days later I got home and I ended up in excruciating pain. I laid on the bathroom floor for two days.
I would have went to emergency, but if you know me, I'm a little bit.
I have a healthy distrust of certain systems and I like to turn inward first. So that's one thing that I feel has always been on my side. So I kind of leaned in, said, am I, you know, I'm dying, am I in a critical situation here? And kind of my inner voice said, no. But by the third day, I was dehydrated. I couldn't keep anything down and I had no choice.
So off I went to emergency and they started doing a battery of tests and immediately started throwing the word around, the C word.
They came back with me with, yeah, yeah, it was and wasn't because I, I have a different perception of what it is than other people do.
And I never in my life thought it would be me.
So I was really in disbelief initially.
So I, I had this flashback. I lost my mother in law, oh, 30, 33 years ago to liver cancer. And I remembered seeing her and thinking, oh, look at that anger and that resentment. And I'll just be happy it'll never be me. Like, like, who hasn't thought that that'll never happen to me. I'll take care of my body, I'll do whatever. Right?
[00:04:33] Speaker A: Yeah. I think a lot of people, but
[00:04:34] Speaker B: like you say, you know, life.
Yeah, yeah. That's not going to be, that's everybody else that happens. It doesn't happen to me. I, I know, I know. You know, that's that. I know voice. Right.
But, you know, 10, 20, 30 years of stacking decisions, you know, divorce changes, stress with your, your children, you know, all the things that can go wrong.
I realized I hadn't been taken care of.
[00:05:03] Speaker A: So what year was this diagnosis?
[00:05:07] Speaker B: This was in 2019.
[00:05:09] Speaker A: Wow.
So that's seven years ago.
That's amazing. Okay, continue with your story. Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt, but yeah, okay, sorry. Go.
[00:05:20] Speaker B: It's such an honor to be able to tell it because I hope for other people, they'll understand that it's not the diagnosis is not the prognosis. You do have a say and you do have a choice. So after running a battery of tests and it's telling me that I had a mass in the tail of my pancreas, there was nothing more they could do at that point and the pain had subsided. So I, I asked to go home. I was waiting for test results on the Biopsy.
And it's in that waiting period, right, where the mind really gets carried away. But a really crazy thing happened to me on the drive home. I had to drive myself on the radio. There was an ad for BC cancer here. And they kept going.
Cancer is relentless.
Chemo, radiation, surgery, cancer is relentless. I just remember my mind going, no, this is it.
Not me. I'm relentless.
Not me.
That was that moment, I think, where I went, whatever this is, I'm going to deal with it.
So three days later, and I started immediately, I started going inward. I started, you know, researching diets and other ways because I've seen people die of pancreatic cancer. It's horrible and it's quick and it's usually three months. And that's exactly what the doctor ended up telling my brother is, your sister has three months.
[00:06:53] Speaker A: Oh, my God.
Yeah, that is so. That's crazy. And seven years later, you're still here. So let's hear this, continue on, because your brother is actually in the health profession, isn't he?
[00:07:07] Speaker B: No, but he has several doctor friends who are actually one of the head of decisions here on the island where I live. Head of island health is. He makes all the policy making decisions, is one of his best friends.
So I went to the appointment with the gastroenterologist and I had been doing, I've been doing everything. I'd been home for a week, I've been taking care of myself, I've been going inward. And that has always been my go to, is to go inward. So while I was waiting for those results, I was doing something. And that's where maybe a lot of people aren't.
I.
I asked myself like, you know, is this something that I've done? I started asking these questions and it was like, yes. You know the answer to yes, this is you.
Okay, okay. If I take responsibility for this, can I change this? Yes. And I'm like, oh, okay.
So I started meditating, I started diet, I started changing a lot of things. And by the time I went to the gastroenterologist, he walked into the room to the waiting room and he looked around and I could tell he didn't recognize me. And I, you know, I put my hand up, I said, are you looking for me, Tracy? And he went, yeah. And he was taken back because surely I looked a little better than I did on that hospital bed, right?
[00:08:19] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:08:20] Speaker B: So in we went. Yeah, that actually gave me hope and it actually changed my state and you know all about state change, Right.
So off we went in and he brought up on the screen, the picture of the mass. And he said, we've done the biopsy. And he said, tracy, you're CEA count. And I don't know what that was at the time, but he said, he's off to Richter Sale. And I thought, okay, that sounds bad.
And he said, Tracy, it's over 2,000.
And I'm like, okay.
And I still didn't know what that meant, right? And I'm looking at him, and I. And I kind of made a joke because I. I didn't know what to do. And I said, so I shouldn't go to Mexico with my brother for Christmas?
And he's like, no, this is pancreatic cancer.
Said, oh, okay.
So it is.
And of course, my mind had been tossing that around, right?
He said, I can't do anything else for you. You're off to see the surgeon.
Well, when I left his office that day, I'm driving back to my house, and I thought, but he didn't recognize me. And I have energy.
I'll go see the surgeon.
And actually, my brother phoned me, and he said, you will have that surgery. And I said, brother, I will listen to what he has to say, but I will make my own decision.
So on the drive home, I just had this moment of gratitude that overcame me. I thought, I have options here. I'm still here.
I can make choices. And, yeah, I'll go see the surgeon. That's very common. But it didn't sound pretty from what I'd researched.
And so a couple days later, I'm at the surgeon's office, and meticulous man knows what he's doing. Very confident. And he walks in and he says, I'm going to tell you everything you need to know. Perfect. And I got out my notepad, and he says, don't say a word.
I've got this. And I'm like, okay, I'll listen.
And he said, this is what we're going to do. We're going to go in arthroscopically. And I thought, oh, you know, maybe. Maybe I would.
And then he said, we've got to cut up your spleen. And I'm like, what do you mean? And he's like, it's in the way. And my body just winced. And right then and there, I knew, I'm not doing this. I don't know what other options I have, but I'm not doing this.
So I listened to.
Yeah, well, I felt my body, right, Raquel?
[00:10:57] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:11:00] Speaker B: And that.
That's what I had to listen to. And I hadn't been listening to it. And that week I'd had at home before, I saw these specialists had been telling me, divorce, move, career change, trouble with your children, resentment, anger, hopelessness, loneliness. Like all those things that come with all of this life stacking upon us. Right. And I'd been listening. And so anyways, I left his office that day. I said, thank you. I'll let you know. And he kind of gave me an odd look. And off I went. And they wanted to put the surgery for February 28, which actually was my birthday.
[00:11:41] Speaker A: Oh, my gosh.
[00:11:43] Speaker B: Yeah. And I was like, oh, man. That's, you know, three months out.
And they say three months, so let's see how this goes. And I just kind of asked myself, what do I need to do? It's one thing I need to. And it was like, just turn it off so I have time.
[00:11:59] Speaker A: Awesome. So this is an amazing story. I mean, you got a diagnosis of cancer and they told you three months, and they want to cut you open. They want to do all this crazy stuff. And your body is like claiming, no, I don't want this, and I can't wait. We're going to come back in just a moment, and we're going to dive deeper into this conversation with Tracy. I'm so excited she is here. And we'll be right back.
We'll be right back with more insights to help you break through barriers and move forward with confidence. And we're back. So welcome back to BE the Breakthrough Edge. I'm here with Tracy Malinowicz of I Like Coaching. And today we're talking about emotional healing, trauma, intuition, and personal transformation.
Because many people don't realize how deeply emotional experiences can shape the nervous system, confidence, relationships, health, and even the way people see themselves.
So, Tracy, you're telling us this huge, powerful story about what happened with your cancer. And just before we went on break, you were talking about these really heavy emotions and things that you in life changes that you were going through.
I would like to know a little bit more about, like, what were you Feeling inside. When you got the diagnosis, what motions did you feel? And then what were some of the steps you were taking to start to shift and change things? And also, what was your. What was going on in your head and what was your body telling you to do?
[00:14:09] Speaker B: Yeah, so many things. Great question.
[00:14:11] Speaker A: Right.
[00:14:12] Speaker B: And there was a lot going on in my head. Yeah, you can bet that. But I had to get out of my head. That's the big thing, Dr. Raquel. I had to, like, drop down into that knowing and listen to my body.
So there was a ton of fear, for sure. And I had to just put that aside. It's always going to be there. And I didn't want to make my choices from that. I'd seen other people down that road, and it's like chemo, radiation, surgery, like they say. And what my body was saying was, no, I need to heal. And it was already feeling the toxicity from all of those heavy emotions. Right. I had a ton of resentment. Anyone who comes out of divorce knows, you know, no matter how pleasantly it goes, it's not easy.
There was loneliness I was feeling. There was. I'd been pushing it away. Right. I moved on and made poor decisions and just tried to suppress it and deny it. And my body was saying, it's time to listen. And this is the consequence of not listening. So I immediately started. I did juicing, I started doing a very healthy diet. And I already was. I had retrained as the consequence of divorce. I was now, you know, into a new career because I'd owned business before in. In my former life. And now I was into nutrition, which, thankfully, it's almost as if you're get given all the tools and then you get like the test to use them. And I don't want to say test, but it's more like an opportunity. There's an opening. I've. I've been given these gifts. I have the tools. Will I actually take them up?
And I did. So I did nutrition, I did energy, and I did emotions. And I also had to decide, though, that I just need to turn this off. So I had that conversation with my body in meditation, right. I just went inward. And that's what you're calling intuition. Everyone calls intuition, and I like to call it more of a direct knowing.
I heard the word in a book I recently read, Unisophia, which is like one wisdom. It's everywhere and it's especially in your heart and when you tune in there.
So that was profound for me.
The book, the Spiritual Soul School by Robin De Rosario, that one wisdom has just allowed me to share with others that you have it within you. I had it within me. And it's not exceptional.
It's the normal. And if anyone could take anything away today, I would want them to know that you have it within you. And when I asked for time and just to switch it off and supported my body, we were working together.
[00:16:55] Speaker A: That's huge when you learn to actually work with your body, not against it, not to it, or anything like that.
So we've kind of touched on a little bit of this emotional part of it.
So why do unresolved emotional experiences continue affecting people years later? Because these were some things that happened to you. And this is years later or time later that this diagnosis came for you.
[00:17:22] Speaker B: Yeah, there's always that time gap. Right. Because the physical is almost like a mirror to your emotional state. And if you think about it, when you think a thought, you're creating biochemistry. Right. You're creating proteins in your body.
You are a protein making machine. And that comes about through hormones and emotions, neuropeptides. I'm not like, very scientific about it, but the simplest way to say is I think a thought it creates like this acid rain or nurturing rain in my body. And when you're sending it all these negative emotions because you're not listening to what they have to tell you, like leave the marriage 10 years earlier, you know, the things that we didn't do, we didn't listen to it. Just stacks and stacks. Yeah.
[00:18:08] Speaker A: So how do. How does trauma and emotional pain disconnect people from intuition and self trust? Because I know you had.
You had some trauma that happened at one point in time. And we've been in containers together. And I remember you telling a story and we might have to back up a smidge because I don't know what people understand what timelines are and how multiple timelines can be existing at the same time. But I would love to hear your story on the trauma and your timeline experience that you did.
[00:18:37] Speaker B: Yeah, well, thank you for asking.
It always puzzled me too, because I went through something I couldn't explain and I was a child. Right. We don't have the words for it. So, long story short, my mother moved in with a man with PTSD from World War II when I was 6, and he was quite physically violent to her.
And there was one time where I was disciplined and I never ever felt traumatized from it. I went through life wondering how I made it through that. I remember coming out of the room and my mom looking at Me and bursting into tears and he was never allowed to touch me again.
But I remember not crying and I remember thinking, I'm okay, that's over, that's done. And like you say in containers, when it came to surface, because the body did remember.
And I had a really, really profound experience with the instructors there at the container before we met there.
They took me through a process with the timeline back. And that's where I went to that event. And I could see my future self now who'd done all this work and spent all this time learning, going back and protecting me in that room. So I never had to experience that. So it like collapsed time in on itself.
So the work we do now, we become the future person that helps our younger self is how I could see it.
It's mind boggling to figure out that time isn't linear. It's just side by side lines.
[00:20:11] Speaker A: Right. And I know it's very hard concept for many people to come and figure out. I mean, I remember when I started learning that too, it was just like mind boggling. And like how what we think is time is really not time. And like time is almost obsolete. Like there's no really such thing as time. But yet many people want to have some form of control, so we have to have that time of control.
So it's, it's a very different perspective of when we look at that. And I just love how you got to experience that. I mean, I'm not happy that you got the experience of what you were supposed to, but the timeline and how you got to go back and protect yourself, I mean, this is huge. I just, that, that was just amazing when you said that, I was just like, whoa.
[00:20:57] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. So what, what emotions that are trapped is. It's been my experience and with most of my clients, they're holding something for you to learn. In that case, it wasn't my lesson. I didn't need to learn something there. Maybe that was my mom's and I wasn't, you know, traumatized by it as as much as I could have been. I. I was able to go forward and live my life feeling still very positive and just made other beliefs like, you know, war is bad. That's a good belief. People who are traumatized for more don't get the help they need. And they don't. This, this is something that's got to stop in the world. Right. But if they have been traumatized now there is help with people that do do this kind of therapy. The timeline therapy.
[00:21:39] Speaker A: Yeah, absolutely.
So what happens Emotionally, when someone feels safe enough to heal,
[00:21:50] Speaker B: they come right out of fear and the body brings them all the problems. So there is a first thing that happens is all of a sudden they feel like they have more problems. But the body's speaking finally. It's saying, oh, you're listening here, here's this, here's this. So if you continue the journey, if you take it up and you stay the course, you actually get to feel more empowered. You get to have trust. Like you're, you're building trust with your body. It's like an animal. Like we're the only animal that's called a human and a being, right?
We're two parts. We are this wiser part of us and we are this animal body. So when we're kind to ourselves first, right? Self first, then we can be kind to others and then we can bring it out into the world as a whole.
[00:22:38] Speaker A: So really quick, what surprises people most once they begin reconnecting emotionally with themselves?
[00:22:46] Speaker B: Oh, that. That they actually can heal, that they can be pain free.
I have clients who are going into their doctors with their intentions now. I want to get off of these medications. I want to heal this. And a good doctor is going to say, well, that was always the goal, right?
And they're referring. And I actually one client, their doctor referred someone to me because she couldn't solve that. They're in a critical care situation, emergency intervention. But when it's chronic, you've got to go to the emotions, you've got to back up, go to where it's starting.
So people are feeling empowered and they're knowing that they can trust their body. Again, this might be one of the biggest belief systems is that the body's wrong.
And if you could just correct that,
[00:23:34] Speaker A: that the body is wrong. But we believe that a limiting belief on that, that's.
That's huge. We definitely need to dive deeper into that.
So we're going to do that in a moment. So I think what's powerful here is realizing people are not broken.
Many are simply carrying emotional experiences they never feel and have never processed. And when we return, I want to talk about fear, limiting beliefs, intuition, and what keeps people emotionally stuck for years.
We'll be right back with more insights to help you break through barriers and move forward with confidence. And we're back. I'm Dr. Raquel and this is Be the Breakthrough Edge on Now Media Television. Let's continue. Welcome back to Be the Breakthrough Edge. Today I'm continuing this conversation with Tracy Mellowch about fear, emotional patterns, Intuition and the internal narratives that quietly shape people's lives.
Because for many people, the greatest barriers are not external, they're internal. Fear of failure, fear of judgment, fear of change, fear of trusting themselves.
And over time, these fears create emotional disconnection, self doubt and survival mode.
So Tracy, why do so many people stop trusting themselves emotionally?
[00:24:54] Speaker B: I guess because it's very difficult to feel some of those emotions. It's scary, right?
And if we don't go into it and get the message from it, we end up repeating the pattern and then there's a repeated amount of it. So people tend to, to then start to suppress and repress and deny and move away from it. When going in or going through is actually the answer, what can I learn? What is it trying to tell me?
[00:25:20] Speaker A: Oh, that's amazing. So in our last segment we talked about the limiting belief of sometimes people don't feel the body is right or maybe is it that they don't understand how to listen to their body? Can you kind of talk a little bit more? Because I know you kind of did a lot of limiting beliefs and a lot of clearing of the negative energies as you worked on your own healing journey through cancer, at least as far as I know. Otherwise, take us through. Because you also left off that the doctors wanted you to do cancer, so I'm assuming you chose not to.
Why don't you tell us a little bit more?
[00:25:56] Speaker B: I love how you said that the doctors wanted me to do cancer because I don't think of it as cancer. They did want me to do surgery.
I think of it as the body is responding to something I'm doing. And if I stop doing that, will it heal?
When you look at the word cancer and what cells do they proliferate?
You break that word down, it says pro life. Is the body in some way sending me a message it wants to live. And the way that I've been living is out of alignment.
Most people think the body is wrong when it's doing these things, when it's actually not right or wrong, it's simply a mirror. It's like if I look in the mirror, I'm smiling, I smile. If I'm frowning, I'm frowning.
But it's not wrong. The mirror is not wrong. It's just simply a reflection.
I did the deep work.
I realized that I needed to work with myself, right? That my body was toxic from the emotions as well as like diet. So I went very plant based juicing.
I, I meditated, I spent five hours a day with myself, which, and I Had energy. I was really, really fortunate to have access through my retraining I had done to energy for life and the my health device and the voice scanning technology. So I had insight into what my energy was doing and I had a path to follow. So those kind of three, three pillars I was doing all the time. I did monitor physically. I went to my doctor, I got blood tests twice a week. I saw other professionals. You know, you consult, you get a team.
It takes a well rounded approach. Because I didn't know what I was doing. I just knew I wasn't doing surgery and I was going to heal. And I just kept that thought in mind.
[00:27:49] Speaker A: Wow.
Wow.
So what role does intuition actually play in healing and transformation? Because you used a lot of intuition in this healing journey of yours.
[00:28:02] Speaker B: Yeah. Thank you.
I would say it's listening.
Intuition is just listening to your body.
If you're listening, the wisdom is there, you can know anything.
And most people don't want to listen because it seems painful. Right.
I asked, can we switch this off? Right. And I listened. I listened for that answer. It's like, that's a possibility.
Some people don't even know to ask for what they want. And for me, that was a non negotiable. When my body winced like that at the mention of surgery, I was like, oh, okay, so my body doesn't want this. I don't really like who really wants that? What do I really want? I really want it just to switch off. Okay, so now I know what I want. How would I feel? Can I use these emotions now? I would feel super grateful. Like that drive back from the gastroenterologist meeting where he didn't recognize me because I obviously looked a lot healthier than I seen me the week earlier was like, okay, if I can tap into emotions and use them for me, what's possible then? So yeah, I had to do a lot of physical things. I had to support myself and had to do the checks. And in six weeks my blood tests were clear. They said, we don't think you have cancer anymore in six weeks. Still want to do surgery in six weeks.
[00:29:20] Speaker A: And they were giving you three months to live and that you were to do surgery. And in six weeks it wasn't there anymore.
[00:29:28] Speaker B: The mask was there.
[00:29:29] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:29:30] Speaker B: The blood tests were clear.
And my energy was bad.
[00:29:33] Speaker A: Yeah, gotcha.
[00:29:36] Speaker B: And our body develops cysts and mass and growths and all sorts of things all the time. So that to me isn't scary, right? That's like, oh, okay. That's the next step. That's the next phase of the journey. But right now I know I'm going to live.
[00:29:52] Speaker A: That's huge.
Yeah. I remember learning too, that sometimes assists. Well, there's a couple different learnings on that one that I've learned about in the past, that cysts can actually be because of fear and anger, that it's just a manifestation of that fear and anger being trapped in your body.
And it's also, I've seen, heard that it also can be, depending on where you are in your.
When you're in your journey of your healing, that sometimes once you come out of that deep, dark pit, when you come up, that's just still there, but it's just a matter of allowing it to regress and get smaller and let it go. It's just the manifestation of the end product kind of thing as it's healing.
[00:30:36] Speaker B: Exactly. Your physical body is simply a mirror of your results of the past and what you've done. And 100% there was anger, there was resentment, all of that. Right. The pancreas, that whole. If you study the chakra systems, the energy centers that that holds. That's right. In that area where it holds that.
[00:30:55] Speaker A: Right. Is that the area of self worth? That's the sacral or the solar plexus area.
[00:31:03] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:31:03] Speaker A: So that was your self worth.
[00:31:06] Speaker B: Well, and. And the sweetness of life. Right. I was feeling sweetness. You know, I was feeling a little bitter after everything changed in my life and it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. Right. I wasn't in alignment with myself. So who wouldn't feel out of alignment, feel bitter, feel resentful, feel helpless and hopeless and lonely and all of those feelings. Right. And they're not pleasant. So I had to stop doing what I was doing and start directing my energies elsewhere.
[00:31:36] Speaker A: Awesome. So earlier you said that people need to listen. Can you kind of quickly let me know a little bit? Like, how can people learn to listen so that they can. Because some people are so turned.
Well, I don't know if it's turned off, but like, they don't know how to listen to their body. And I always kind of think if you do meditation, you can get more where you can listen easier. But what would you suggest? Like, how did you hear what your body said you needed to do?
[00:32:03] Speaker B: Yeah, I. I was able to listen because I meditated. But honestly, the voice scan will tell you that it shows you beliefs and it shows you archetypes and it shows you suppressed emotions and what part of the body that. So if you can't listen yourself you can use the technology to bridge that.
So that's what's so profound about always including an energy modality in with your healing. Right. You're doing the physical, the nutrition or the supplements, and you're doing the emotional release. But when you combine an energy modality and it tells you the frequency and the level of energy in all of your organs, how you're thinking where you are on your hero's journey, that's where you can get the information back if you can't tap into it yourself.
[00:32:49] Speaker A: Nice.
So how can someone tell the difference between fear and intuition?
[00:32:59] Speaker B: I would say it's healthy to listen to both and practice discernment. Is this going to take me somewhere I want to go?
If I reacted from fear, I would have probably had the surgery.
And it's unpleasant right there. There's no one I've seen come out of that, that it hasn't kind of started the clock or more problems.
But if I moved, if I. If I heard it, I said yes, there's a possibility I can die here. What's the message from fear? The message was, you need to act now.
For me, act now wasn't surgery. It was clean up my act. Right.
[00:33:41] Speaker A: Yep.
And you didn't do it in baby steps either. You just ripped the band aid off and went full blast in because you knew you didn't have time to do baby steps. You're like. Because there's a lot of times I worked with people and they're like, can I just do one little baby step at a time? And I'm like, well, yeah, but you're gonna have really slow results that way too. And you needed fast, immediate results.
[00:34:01] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. Especially when you decline a surgical date, too, that it's sometimes hard to get booked back in. So when that happens, you're. You may not have another choice. It's like, burn the. Burn the boat. Right. You'll definitely take the island when you burn the boat.
[00:34:17] Speaker A: Right.
So really quick, what begins changing when people reconnect with self trust and emotional awareness,
[00:34:30] Speaker B: everything.
Everything changes. That's really broad. What happens is their body begins to heal.
They listen, they. They don't do the things that, you know, addictions, the alcohol, even animal products, because they're loaded with the fear within them. Right. That animal died with fear and stress hormones in it. So when you remove these things, your body gets an opportunity to tap into the intuition and to hear what's really yours.
[00:35:07] Speaker A: Wow.
That's amazing.
All right, so transformation doesn't always begin by changing your entire life overnight. Sometimes it begins with finally listening to yourself honestly for the first time. And when we come back, we'll talk about emotional empowerment, resilience and what aligned living can truly look like moving forward. We'll be right back with more insights to help you break through barriers and move forward with confidence. And we're back. Welcome back to BE the Breakthrough Edge.
I'm closing today's conversation with Tracy Malinowicz. And what I hope viewers are beginning to realize is this healing is not about becoming someone different.
It's about reconnecting with yourself honestly enough to hear your own inner wisdom again.
And emotional empowerment becomes part of possible when people start living from fear and begin living from awareness, alignment and self trust.
So Tracy, after everything you've lived through, what does emotional healing mean to you now?
[00:36:55] Speaker B: It simply means letting go. Learning from the past and letting go of those old stories and just stepping into the flow of life and trust.
[00:37:06] Speaker A: Oh, I love that. Letting go of your old stories. That's so huge because we have so many stories we tell ourselves.
And doesn't it feel good when you can just let them go or put them behind you and you don't even have to worry about it because you get to rewrite your future or rewrite your story.
[00:37:20] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. Or align with something that's already there. Right. What I learned from that time, it's already all exists. So how can I align with one that feels better? That's the higher frequency.
[00:37:35] Speaker A: Exactly. And, and you get to create your life deliberately versus by default. Like life's not happening to you, it's for you. And when you start rewriting your story like you said, you get to live on that higher purpose, get to connect and find out what is it, what are you meant to do, what do you want to feel? What do you want to be? Who do you want to be and do in your future lives. So what does align living actually look like in everyday life for you now?
[00:38:04] Speaker B: Well, it looks like doing what I'm passionate about and informing and empowering and sharing with Others, all of the tools that I have. This is.
If you were to ask me when I was a kid, what do you want to be when you grow up? The only way I would know how to say it is I wanted to be a teacher, a nurse, and an actor. But that's what I do by. I share. Right.
That's teaching others.
Acting is modeling for them what. What I do leaves footprints for them to follow.
Right. And healing. Share. Yeah.
[00:38:36] Speaker A: Oh, I love that. So I want to circle back to your healing journey. And you told the medical doctors that, no, you weren't going to do surgery.
And now it's seven years later, and you had changed the numbers, but you still had the mass. So fill us in on the details from when you still had the mask to now. And what's been going on?
What's happened?
I want to know more. I want to hear the rest of the story.
[00:39:05] Speaker B: Yeah. So in six weeks, again, my blood tests were clear, and the mask wasn't something I was afraid of. I feel like it's something to learn from. So I have monitored it. I do think it's important to monitor.
And then I wondered why it was still there. Right. Even last year, it was still there. And then I went, oh, because I haven't asked for it to go.
I kept wondering what I can learn from it. And I kept learning. So it's been a journey. I've made many changes, and we'll see. We'll get checked again here in another year and see what's happened.
[00:39:39] Speaker A: Okay. So you still have the cysts or the mass on you, but it's benign or it's not really anything that's important and you're learning from it. And now you're wondering how you're. Now you're going to listen to yourself again and ask how to let it go.
[00:39:58] Speaker B: Yeah. There must be a reason if it's there or. And honestly, I wouldn't have known it's there if I didn't go looking. So maybe if I quit looking for it, it'll be gone.
[00:40:07] Speaker A: Oh, imagine that one. That might be a breakthrough in and of itself.
[00:40:12] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:40:16] Speaker A: So what practical steps can viewers begin taking to reconnect with themselves emotionally?
[00:40:23] Speaker B: Definitely. If you can do meditation. Do meditation when you spend time. Joe Dispenza does some really profound work. That's where I started. I had gone and taken one of his when he did Hay House, a little mini course.
There's some really profound stuff.
That's where I began. The shortcut, though, is finding someone who can guide you through the process that both you and I went through in the container at the Jaegers. That's incredible. So practitioners that are well trained in timeline therapy and emotional release, they can do that quicker.
Anywhere you want to start, it's just start. That's all that's important is start.
[00:41:05] Speaker A: Yeah, just take that first step and trust in yourself that the next step will be guided.
So I know you said you have a three step process that you take people through because you work individually with people, helping them transform their life and their health and their careers, or maybe mostly their health, I'm not really strictly sure. But why don't you tell us about your three step approach, who you work with and how that all gets put together.
[00:41:33] Speaker B: Thank you for asking, Dr. Kel. Yeah, I work one on one with people who want that particular amount of guidance. So I take them through a process of what I call the three pillars. We're working with elements, so we're looking at your body's chemistry. We're working with emotions and energy.
The emotions we're going to go through and do release all of the anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and shame that might have built up over the years in the context of your health or any other area. Because we all know if you're not happy in your relationship, you're probably not going to be healthy either.
[00:42:08] Speaker A: Correct.
[00:42:09] Speaker B: And then. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It seems some of these areas overlap. Right. So it doesn't really matter which one you go at it from, but. And energy. So we're going to work on your energy because energy happens first. It seems to be a pattern in this world where things happen two times, first in thought and then in physical. And so if we can read the energy, we have the road ahead, we've got a map and we can adjust. And that's kind of how I was able to do it. Right. When I knew the road ahead was not positive, I made an adjustment to get off of that one.
[00:42:44] Speaker A: Nice. So tell us a little bit about. You got an amazing tool and it's so simple, so easy. I mean, we don't even have to really do any testing. So like I do more like diagnostic testing with like blood and urine and saliva and stool. But you, you just use the voice, people can just talk. And now you even have a wearable device. So I'm truly curious. Tell us more about this.
[00:43:07] Speaker B: Yeah, this is the energy for life system.
And I've been a practitioner and I had a practitioner that used it with me since 2006. So I was very aware of it. You. When you speak. It's like multiple frequencies are coming off of your voice and they've decoded about 450 of them. They're going to tell me about your, your diet. That's going to tell me about food sensitivities. It's going to tell me about your organs and your Chinese meridians. It's going to tell me about your aura and where there might be cracks in it. It's going to tell me about beliefs that you are holding and where they might be anchored in your body.
So it's very full circle. It's going to give you a really big picture of the road, of what's coming so that you can make adjustments before it's been profound. It's the third pillar. I like to say we give energy to those systems. We clear them out, we energize them. There's multiple ways either with the handheld device, which is fabulous. I travel with it all the time. It never leaves my side. I have ones I rent out to clients and there's a wearable now which eventually they'll be delivering your personalized frequencies to your body through.
[00:44:17] Speaker A: Wow, that's really cool. Show us your little handheld device. Because you kind of showed it to me. Hold it up so people actually see what that looks like.
Yeah.
[00:44:24] Speaker B: So it's called a My health. It's got red light in it as well. This is one of the older ones and within it it has specific programs to help if you're exposed to emf. So it rebalances your, your energy field. It goes through all your chakras. There's chronic rejuvenation. It's pemf. So you can feel it, you can treat right on body with it or in scalar waves around you.
It's quite incredible. It's like Star Trek. What's that? Tricorder. That's exactly what it's like. It's my little, my little device.
[00:44:59] Speaker A: I love it. I love it. Yeah. And I've seen you use it and I've seen other people use it and I've actually had it done on me and it was just like, it was just so weird that it was just like you just talked into it and you don't even have to be in the same room. I mean, just doing it via phone. You can do this. It was, it was really cool and it, and the things that came up with was like almost identical to all the labs that I had ran on myself. So it was just really cool how actually pretty accurate. It was. So I was pretty impressed so we've already talked about that. We're going to run it again and see what the changes because that was in August and see what my changes are now with it being is, you know, so many months later. I'm really curious to see what my changes are going to be like. So I'm excited for that.
Let's see. I want you to take a moment and look at the camera and tell these special human beings out there how they can connect with you.
[00:45:55] Speaker B: Oh, well, thank you.
I have a website, Ilike Coaching. You can connect with me by just reaching out on the contact there. You can connect with me on social media, on Instagram, at Ilike Coaching or Kindatarian way, which is where I talk about nutrition and I'm also on LinkedIn.
I do run an annual program where I do group coaching for health and I do do one on one and it's my passion to empower you to whatever it is that your next level is awesome.
[00:46:28] Speaker A: Can you tell us your website again, the name of your website?
[00:46:32] Speaker B: Yeah, it's ilite I l I g h t coaching.com or the light within. I am the light.
[00:46:41] Speaker A: Oh, I love it. And what is your handles for Facebook and Instagram and all LinkedIn and all the fun stuff.
[00:46:48] Speaker B: Yeah. Would be I like coaching on Instagram, I like coaching on LinkedIn.
I like coaching on.
I even have a Facebook. I believe it's mostly under my name, Tracy Milanowicz there.
But also I'm just opening up kindatarian ways so I'll be talking a lot more about that other pillar of nutrition right there on that if you want to start following. I've got some really great things coming up there.
[00:47:13] Speaker A: I saw that on social media just last night. I thought that was interesting. So we're going to have to have you come back on show again and we're going to have to do dive into that.
So Tracy, thank you so much for sharing not only your wisdom but your also your personal story so openly today. What makes this conversation so powerful is that it reminds people healing is not simply about fixing symptoms.
It's about reconnecting with yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically.
And sometimes the greatest breakthrough happens the moment someone realizes they are not powerless.
To everyone. Watching your body carry stories, your mind carries stories. But healing becomes possible when you stop living disconnected from yourself and begin listening inward again.
